Awful show - typical these are performers looking for an audience (you can't blame them for that) but these are unlikely to be the best shows since they have more likely than not already sold out.
It's hard to say who is worse - the sycophantic audience or the utterly lame Stutter.
Goodness knows how much money he makes (he surely isn't paying the participants).

The essence of the Fringe with acts chosen from circus, comedy, drama, spoken word, dance, acrobatics, magic, everything really and probably including Dutch brass bands on pogo-sticks.
Always a fascinating show, you will see acts you probably wouldn't dream of choosing but it's good to have your spectrum broadened. Very highly recommended :-)
And Merv is worth watching too, he should be on telly and so should this show. It makes Britain's Got Talent look like old predictable porridge

We always give Mervyn a go. It's well worth it. We booked a few shows after seeing the tasters. It is what it is - a variety of what's on at the Fringe. We didn't like them all and didn't expect to. Long may Merv continue!

Absolutely dire - went on 8 August - you would think there would be one act that was good. Very poor - and that includes the host.

This is another joyful show to start the day with and a great way to sample a small piece of other acts at the Fringe that you might not have known about or considered. Mervyn, as ever, is a perennial favourite and easy to spot in his bright pink suit.

The first name on the sheet every year. We went to 6 of them this year and they never disappoint, our pick of the fringe. A true variety show covering all types of shows.

Always first on my list every year. As Mervyn is amazing, and his team do get a wonderful selection of artists..We found Dane Simpson: Didgeridoozy at the show and so much more we would have loved to have booked. Great previews of what you may want to see but didn't know you did
