Mervynn's show is always a winner. It is always a great reveal - I LOVE the way, the audience learns the backstory as well as gaining a glimpse of the talent. The great thing is... the audience have the option to support the acts thereafter, by purchasing tickets to attend their show.

There are basically 2 ways to approach the 3,000+ shows on the fringe: sheer, blind guesswork or make an informed decision from Merv’s diligently researched taster menu. It’s hard to imagine, once you’ve been to Merv’s Pick of the Fringe, deciding NOT to go again. Every year, he gives out Spirit of the Fringe Awards, which is entirely appropriate because if anyone is the Keeper of the Spirit of the Fringe, it’s Mervyn Stutter.

If you go to the Fringe for anything, go for Mervyn. You get something good from every category and genre plus Mervyn himself who could do a great show on his own. The wonderful thing is that you see stuff you might not normally choose but that's good because sometimes you need to be challenged and have your horizons broadened. The range and depth of the talent at the Fringe is astounding and Mervyn and his team bring you some of the very best. This is concentrated Essence of Fringe. And excellent value too as you see seven shows for the price of one. Just GO :-)

Always the first shows we book. Different line up every day with bite size samples of different acts of all kinds appearing at the fringe. Book, you will not be disappointed.

Been to Mervyn’s show for many years and always find something of interest to book. This year was no exception- booked a couple of shows which were both great. It’s a good format and Mervyn is always entertaining.

Went to see this show for the first time this year. It's a great opportunity to explore 7 bitesize pieces of shows to help you decide more of what you want to see. When we were there it was David Eagle, Transhumanist, the greatest musical the world has ever seen, Melanie Bracewell, House of Life, Namaste Bae and The Daughters of Roisin. Very much a good piece of a variety show.

Great choice of 7 previews . I picked at least 3 shows I'd now like to see.
Thank you Mervyn.

A great opportunity to see 7 different acts giving a brief glimpse of their shows. Of the 7 we saw we are planning to get tickets for two of them.
