I saw Men with Coconuts recently and it was the worst show I’d seen in years. One long boring hour full of smug, self indulgent, annoying characters driving up blind alleys en route to nowheresville which had the audience checking their watches not even halfway through.
So it’s astonishing that Will Naameh who was one of those Men gives us such a brilliant show as MC Hammersmith which is everything MWC are not.

Energetic with the audience totally engaged and involved throughout, the MC creates fantastically clever raps from anything and everything, breaking up each section into something new, none of the raps ever outstaying their welcome.

So my advice if you want a great hour of comedy is easy – drop the W from the MWC and stick to the MC – same for you Will.

Stumbled on this as I was going to the gents at Ciao Roma (for clarity it’s adjacent and not in toilet). Totally full room. We stood at the door for 45 min for rest of show. LMAO! Excellent and would look out for again. Improv at its best!
