Description

Of all the "edgy" topics comedians are afraid to talk about, the most taboo of all is failure. In his European stage debut, multi-Emmy Award winner and Late Night with Seth Meyers writer/performer Matt Goldich takes a light-hearted look at all the ways he's failing – as a man, husband, parent, son, comedian, and member of society. And, in the process, he discovers how failure can actually be freeing. As seen on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson and Comedy Central.

I thoroughly enjoyed Matt’s show! An incredible joke teller, when I wasn’t laughing my ass off, I was thinking, “Man, I wish I’d come up with that!” As a comic you know when someone is at the top of their game. Matt’s show was a display of skill and timing, and provided more belly laughs than what you typically find on offer at the Fringe. Do yourself a favor and go watch a master at work!

If anyone else up here is hungry for comedy with gags, see Matt Goldich. What a relief to watch a calm, polished performance and hilarious gags that aren't dependent on heart wrenching personal revelation or dorky histrionics. Everything you want from a comic, smart, New Yorky, professional. If this is a show about failure, then let's have more of it. He fails upward with hard work and application and makes it look effortless.
