Pick of the Fringe this year for me, an absolute standout. What a great show; so many laughs from start to finish and some lovely and well-judged audience interaction. Do go and see this show, you are in for a total treat.

This show is a work of genius. While it’s pitched as a show meant for trialing out “new jokes” , every single one landed perfectly. An amazing performance.

Mark Simmons is so incredibly quick witted and his crowd work is phenomenal. His show is one that you definitely enjoy being involved in, and not once did anyone feel “picked” on like some ‘audience participation’ shows.

Make sure you get there early enough - as the show fills up quickly! Second year in the row of seeing him, and he’s fantastic!

Mark Simmons never disappoints, and with joke after joke, if you’re too slow for one, you can just laugh for the next one instead. His crowd work is spot on and even when you've guessed the next joke, you still laugh.
Go see this, and if you can’t, he’ll be in a venue near you soon on his tour (which I saw last year, and is also brilliant)

This is a very well thought out show. I think it's tricky to make a show out of groan-worthy one liners without it getting boring, but this is so well packaged we laughed the whole time. He has the audience in the palm of his hand. Incredibly fast wit for the audience work, and I think the reason I enjoyed this so much is because he genuinely seems like a really lovely guy.

How is this a new show? The best hour of puns I've ever seen, managing to stay consistently funny for the full hour, with a ridiculous hit rate of truly excellent puns.

Brilliant show. So funny. I was literally crying with laughter, I took 2 teenagers and a 9 year old. All laughed all the way through.

If you haven't seen Mark Simmons before, then its about time you did. This show is a standout. Its a fast paced mix of one liners, visual jokes and gags that catch you off guard. It's all completely fresh material too. I don't know how he does it. So if you've seen him before, just go and see him again.

A beautifully indulgent hour of finely honed mirth, each offering delivering subtle layers to devour. The fluctuating tempo peppered with sharp explosions and star showers leaving audiences waiting for the inevitable well hidden call back. Must see

An hour of great one liners and word play.

The king of one-liners returns to put on one of the best shows at the Free Fringe. Bringing wholly new content, Mark never fails to put an audience in stitches, and could easily charge at one of the bigger venues.

Having followed Mark for a while i was super pleased to see how awesome he was in the flesh. Skilful delivery, fall over funny. Can't wait to see him again soon.

2nd year seeing Mark and brand new show that's funnier than ever. Totally silly comedy suitable for all ages in my opinion.
Good audience interaction and a naturally funny comic.
