Description

Britain’s Got Talent approached Mark Bunyan last October to sing on their programme but two days before his London Palladium debut, the BGT lawyers decided that his song about apples was too rude for ITV. Instead, he has included it as part of his Edinburgh Fringe return. 'One of the great comedians at the piano' (Loose Ends, Radio 4). 'He writes and performs with a rare combination of wit, sensitivity and tenderness… In turn, hilariously funny and extremely moving... Don't miss him: he is simply superb' (Scotsman).

I see below, someone stole my thunder. Mark Bunyan IS a national treasure. He’s not only a clever, funny song writer/performer, but he’s also a witness to the arc of gay reality from the ‘criminal’ bad old days through the great plague to the present. Through it all, he has lent his slyly cheerful performances rubbing shoulders with the great and near great of gay and mainstream talent. He is a must see for EVERYONE!
Yo da man, Mark!!

PHILIP HEALING 91 days ago

A heartwarming, tender and wholly entertaining show from a master of songwriting. This guy is a national treasure who is very sadly under the radar. We need talent like this to be in the hearts of the public on a national level. See Mark at his best, right now.
