Description

Marilyn Monroe lived in the 1950s which gave her the right to be angry with the film industry and the men she had to work with. At that time, the USA and capitalism were at their zenith and felt invincible. However, as we are now aware, this dominance was built on exploitation, manipulation and an alienation from the core values that make a society cohesive. Why is it that Marilyn still holds such a powerful position around the world and makes us feel connected to her even today? Watch Marilyn to find out!
