Description

An autobiographical rollercoaster ride through the highs and lows of Hollywood. Fleeing his dysfunctional life, Nick flies to Sunset Boulevard to stay with a double Oscar winner promising to get him nominated, if Nick just follows his exact instructions... A tragicomic satire on the underbelly of Hollywood, Life with Oscar peeks behind the Oscars curtain, lifting the lid on the luxurious Los Angeles lifestyle. 'Nick Cohen... bears all the hallmarks of a Theatre de Complicite graduate. The choice of work is daring, the imagery is striking, the acting understated yet bold' (Time Out).
