Description

Left-handed international pianist Christopher Seed performs Beethoven's Sonata Op 109 and Schubert's Drei Klavierst├╝cke D 946 on his unique backwards fortepiano (high notes to the left), plus 16 Brahms Waltzes Op 39 the right way round! 20th Anniversary Concert Series. The Left-Handed Piano premiere concert at the QEH, London, received a standing ovation and led to broadcasts as far away as Japan, New Zealand and Canada. Highlights include Wigmore Hall recitals and broadcasts for BBC World News, Radio 3 and Classic FM. 'Whichever hand one claps with, Mr Seed deserves enthusiastic applause' (Times).
