I didn't cry at my grandads funeral, I cried several years later at this show instead. Thank you. It helped to see a few grown men crying with me. This show was seriously funny but also deeply impacting to those affected by alzheimer's. What better way to grieve than through comedy. Larry Dean is a beautiful and kind sole and this must have been my favourite show at the fringe yet.

Laugh for an hour and then laugh some more on the way out as you remember what he said. Larry Dean is a rare talent with an ability to switch from light to dark very quickly.

It was a masterpiece. That night, everybody laughed nonstop, totally genuine. Nothing was forced. It was so original yet so personal. It was like talking to one really funny friend who made you forget about the hard life, and that is Larry's superpower.
10/10.

Larry is sold out because of his lovely ability to win over an audience. He doesn’t need swearing, shouting or to give abuse, just story telling and humour of the highest quality. If you can’t get a ticket for the Fringe this year, hopefully he comes back again and again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easily the best show I went so far. I laughed like a crazy person with tears since the beginning until the end of the show. I think I never laughed this loud and this freely in my life because of a person telling his story, and it shows how amazing this show was!

He simply is a natural comedian and storyteller. Sometimes I saw comedians tried so hard to be funny and relatable and memorizing their content for a stand-up show. Larry is obviously not any of this. He freely moves his body, his face, his eyes, and his voice (PLUS ACCENT HAHAHA I LOVE THIS!) to convey the story and the jokes that he wanted to tell us.

His Glaswegian origin is obviously what makes me attached to him, when I found his videos in YouTube Shorts, he leverage his accent and story very well, and perhaps that's what he's known for: the funny Scottish guy.

And he's using this very well in the show, especially since he tell his stories about his granny, he told us the story very well and, as someone not from the UK, I can get a sense of how it feels like to be of a Glaswegian origin, and Scottish is general.

So of course, as my goal to his show is to finally have a chance to see the man that I laughed to on screen, and enjoy his 1-hour show in person, this is a very memorable experience for me. A bang for my buck. And of course, a 45 minute wait at the front of the queue is very worth it as I get to seat in the front row, right in front of the action. Amazing experience.

It's a sold out show! Oh man, I wished to bring my friends to watch this again in the next few days, so that I can share the laughter with them, but all dates are sold out!! This speaks to how this show is a top quality one, and I can attest to this! Kudos!
