  • Babes in arms policy: Babies are not allowed in the venue
  • Policy applies to: Children under 2 years

Description

Lara's a small Latin American girl (woman?) who won the Funny Women 2021 (right, "woman") Stage Award and is now doing her first hour about what it's like to be Latin and deaf and a girl who's now a woman at the same time. You know, minority jokes for majority crowds. If you read this and you don't come, what's that say about you? Huh? You hate disabled people? Maybe come and prove you don't! Love you. As seen on E4, Comedy Central and Dave. 'One word for Lara Ricote: Wow!... An electric presence' **** (Chortle.co.uk).

A fabulous debut show from officially the best newcomer of this year’s Fringe. Lara Ricote is a tireless bundle of energy who lights up the room with her smile and enthusiasm and has so many life experiences to draw on that she’s already planning her next two shows. A real find. Grab a ticket if you can.

Really, really funny… a must see at this year’s fringe! Lara had the audience in the palm of her hands, like she’d been doing comedy forever.

Goofy yet sincere, and at the same time drawing big laughs out of an often unsuspecting audience, Ricote has a unique offering. And it feels like it’s only a matter of time before she hits it big.
