Shh! If you’re reading this, then you’ve been invited to Ladylikes Top Secret House Party! With all our friends getting engaged, promoted, pregnant and the odd OBE award, we felt it was time to celebrate the joy of being lost in your twenties. Join us for a party like no other, as we take you through the world of hen-do nightmares, office party creeps, and misguided kids' entertainers. So dust off your glad rags and gear up for an hour of sketch comedy featuring wacky characters and outlandish scenarios from your BFFs-to-be!

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: Off Blair st, it is down a windy set of around 6 - 8 steps. Once inside the space there are a number of steps up into the bar area. Down into the performance area there are around 15 steps
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

Acute, perceptive and very funny. A journey of growing up female told through the history of parties from school disco to post apocalyptic New Year bash. Witty,energetic and great fun.

I saw Ladylikes's Top Secret House Party! yesterday and it was just what I needed on my first night of the Fringe. Smart, funny, sometimes moving (1st time I've cried during a sketch!) but also joyous, committed to righting wrongs (the patriarchy) and giving women the narratives they deserve.
