Quite hilarious, he pokes gentle fun at his adopted country of Scotland, and at the Scots! A clever and well-written show.

I first saw Kieran Hodgson in his early days on the Free Fringe about 9 years ago, on the recommendation of a friend whose family met his family on a camping holiday and kept in touch. I've enjoyed seeing him go from strength to strength since and, if anything, his endearing humility has only increased in direct proportion to his success. His latest show celebrates living in Glasgow, with his husband, since being cast in the Scottish sitcom, Two Doors Down. His trademarks are a penchant for detailed lists of facts, accents/impressions and his quirky trick of giving a character the voice of someone completely else (reminiscent of the game of singing a song to the tune of another, as featured in the Radio 4 show 'I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue' all of which he does to great effect.

Very very very good. If you love Next Door But One, and were surprised to see him in The Flash, you'll be gobsmacked at how talented this young man is. Hugely engaging, an absolute masterclass of beautifully observed accents and characters, and a really quite thought provoking view of Scotland and Scottishness. A really clever show, beautifully performed by a fellow who is going places for sure!

Laughed from start to finish. He is very very funny. and witty. Just him on stage and he is worth every penny. The venue is up 4 flights of stairs and no toilet in building (in next door building). But despite venue drawbacks I have little negative to say. Only don't come for our macaroni pies they are national treasures.

Wonderful show, performed with style, wit and intelligence. As someone who moved to Scotland (decades ago) it truly resonated but most of all was just pure fun.
