Description

From Off-Broadway to Curry Mallet Village Hall, Kate takes her one-woman shows all over the world. This new show, created with Cal McCrystal (Paddington, One Man, Two Guvnors), is designed to have you singing and laughing along. Kate weaves powerful songs with stories about the human voice – from the legacy of her grandfather (voice of the nation) to mesmerising layered vocals from her critically acclaimed album Songbirds. Using a looper, sitting on an ironing board, Kate reinvents this show daily with her audience. 'Riveting' ***** (Mail On Sunday). 'A must-see show' (Sunday Times).
