As a boy, Josh Baulf aspired to be a lad. This hilarious 45 minutes details his failings. Award-winning newcomer Baulf covers childhood, small towns and lads’ holidays. Winner, Get Up Stand-Up 2018. General venue access

  • Accessible entry: The Annexe is located next door to The Vault. Audiences leave the main foyer onto Merchant Street then access the Annexe via the Pend. There are 2 - 3 steps in the Pend then a narrow staircase inside the space. The audience enters at the rear of the raked auditorium.
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 6 - 10
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance

Really funny show! I saw him on Friday and he made me laugh a lot. I loved the chicken nugget story and I think everyone can relate to it! Everyone should go and see it! I was only surprised he didn’t tell any jokes about me because we lived together at uni for a year. Definitily a lack of jokes about a mad German.

The funniest show we’ve seen so far!! His stories are hilarious. He’s a great peformer and we really enjoyed when he was chatting with the guys in the front. Definitely recommend this to anyone!! :)

Saw Josh in London a few months ago and was chuffed to see he was up here for the fringe! Hilarious 45 minutes - we love his chicken nugget bit! 100% must see and well worth the fiver! :-D
