Description

Celebrating the 275th anniversary of the original rules of golf, this exhibition will show John Rattray’s involvement in shaping the modern golf game and golfing artefacts, clubs and balls from 1776 to today. Learn about the remarkable origins of golf in historic Leith, in a venue only a short walk from where the first competition of golf was played: Leith Links. Including historical golfing documents, pictures, prints, medals and golfing memorabilia, it will be a must-visit for golfing fans and local history buffs alike.
