What do you get when A24's golden renaissance of horror is captured through a propulsive and urgent tragicomedy? This haunting, bitingly funny thriller theatre follows nonbinary playwright Sloane and their botanist husband Gwyn settling the estate of Sloane's ailing grandmother. A sudden spiral of Sloane's obsession with completing their masterpiece in the house forces Gwyn to question the safety of Sloane regurgitating their family trauma into their art. When Gwyn's childhood friend Beckham arrives to help the couple bury the hatchet, they soon discover there may be more to the house, and to Sloane, hidden beneath the foundation.

Wow what a great show complete with a great story as that is exactly what this show has with a great cast and characters that stand for the LGBTQ community and with the length of a movie time this show brings horror, chiller with some touches of humour but most of all what a great theatre show that we loved and we have to highly recommend this as one day these actors and hopefully this show will be a travelling show around UK theatres we loves it and you will too so do not miss this brilliant play

This show had me wondering what was coming next from minute one. Over the course of nearly 2 hours I was thrown into the complex lives of these characters and was absolutely enthralled every second. We all know Queer themes and horror are a match made in (gay) artistic heaven, but Riley McCarthy really knows how to paint a glorious picture made for the stage.
A playwright to keep an eye on for SURE!
Ivories has it all: tears, trauma, sexual tension, ghosts, laughs & the understanding that nothing (and no one) is ever as they appear to me.
The cast is stunning. The script is stunning.
Don't miss it!

An absolutely amazing show for fans of horror and LGBT+ theatre. The masterful writing along with the actors' chemistry kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I will refrain from posting spoilers but I can guarantee you this is a spine-tingling thriller that will have you laughing, crying, and gripping on to your seat for dear life. A must see show for everyone attending the Fringe!!!

Ivories is a unique and intriguing tragicomedy-thriller hybrid, with a fantastic team that has clearly put so much love and care into the production.
