Description
Usually disabled people want to do the right thing. But what if they don't? What if they were out to make as much money as possible from the guilt of non-disabled, anxious people (like you)? Hot off the back of their smash-hit VAULT and Soho runs, multi award-winning, disability-led theatre company FlawBored present a scathing satire on the monetisation of identity politics that spares no one. Winner of VAULT Festival Show of the Week and nominated for two Off West End Awards. 'Witty, hilarious and absurd' (DisabilityArts.online). **** (BroadwayWorld.com). ****½ (Reviews Hub). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. It was ok. Mash up of comedy, experience and HR training.

Brilliant show - although I would say that if you are able bodied they will claim that they want everyone to be comfortable and then go out of their way to make you as uncomfortable as possible : )
This is a show that will surprise you and entertain (lots) and make you think and leave you with many questions - and glad you saw it. Hope their incompetent ACE applications and lots of ableist guilt lead to future funding for touring opportunities.

I thought it was hilarious, but I'm an able-bodied white man so don't listen to me. Sorry.

This show is so brilliant. I saw it for the second time up here at the Fringe after first seeing it at the Vaults Festival. It's so funny, both times I have cried with laughter in different parts of the show. It does a wonderful job of social commentary that not only is relevant but calls out/in people who are in the room in an extremely funny yet incisive way that I have rarely seen accomplished.

Witty, self aware, and extremely well executed. Addresses issues around ableism in a very human way. Confronting at times but in such a clever and humorous way it's a relief rather than a reprimand

Brilliant show, the social commentary is incisive and hysterical, so well done.

Absolutely brilliant and set to be one of the top shows of my Fringe. Hilarious, honest, slightly terrifying at times. It felt like one of the most balanced and grounded conversations about disability (and to be honest, any marginalised group) in a society which escalates any discussion to extreme levels - whilst also being the funniest show I've seen this year. I can't say much more without ruining anything, but would 100% recommend for everyone.
