Description

Chloe is writing a paper on women's sexuality for her Masters. Nel has responded to the advertisement to be interviewed, and is very open and explicit about her sex life. But nothing here is as it seems, and the conversation will take them to places they never expected. Intimacy is a frank and detailed exploration of female sexuality and pleasure; bold, brutally honest, and completely unapologetic. Chloe is played by Caitlin O'Ryan – Lizzie Wemyss in the international TV hit Outlander (Starz). Nel is played by Imogen Greenwood – writer and producer of award-winning film Natural Causes.

Loved it, one of my favourites this Fringe. Acting was very strong, naturalisitc, authentic and warm. Great chemistry between the actors. Important themes of Women's sexuality explored directly yet sensitively and honestly. Unpredictable and faultless. 5 stars.

This show was fantastic! Caitlin O’Ryan and Imogen Greenwood’s acting is incredible as they portray two different feminist womens’ perspectives on sex in opposition to each other. The show is very thought-provoking and exposes the stigma and shame surrounding women's’ sexual experiences today whilst hilighting the importance of female pleasure and sexual freedom.
The play is emotional and gripping throughout, whilst also being warm, relatable and humorous.

It’s a must see … don’t miss out!!

Extremely thought provoking script. Talented actors who had great chemistry and brought the characters to life and who at the same time delivered relatable issues. Very entertaining. Well worth the money to see such talent. Can't recommend highly enough! 10/10

This show is superb. I went to see it not knowing what to do because I was given a comp ticket and I'm so glad I did. Nice to see a sexually confident woman on stage and a brash talk about the joys of sex, but of course and i am going to try and do this review without spoilers, it is of course not just about the sex. It is a moving piece which left me almost teary as I left. Not for the faint of heart but a show that is important and should be seen. As a bonus the set is beautiful.

Acting is superb, writing is superb, go see it
