Description

A business leader, investor, TV personality and writer, Deborah is well known for her BBC Dragon’s Den appearances where she is known as a shrewd and reasonable Dragon. The show has led her to invest and advise a wide-ranging business portfolio and she continues to invest in businesses outside of Dragon's Den. Deborah launched her own glass and ceramics export company straight from business college and then pursued a highly successful business career in leisure and retail. Actively involved in numerous charities, Deborah supports ethical, fair practice both in business and in life.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: There is a temporary ramp over the 8 steep stone steps from street level to the venue foyer. The ramp has a small turning circle of 1m and therefore unfortunately is not suitable for an electric wheelchair user. Once inside the venue foyer, stall seating is accessible without any further assistance. Staff are happy to assist where possible and are unable to assist electric wheelchair users.

  • Stairs: 6 - 10
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
