Description

Immrama were ancient voyage tales, allegories of our journey through life. Columba, or Colmcille, was a great Celtic saint, who lived in the 6th century CE and still inspires people today. This reflective exhibition uses ancient stories, contemporary art and engaging questions to explore aspects of Columba's life and legacy – journey, community, nature, humanity and culture – drawing out connections with our contemporary world and inviting us to reflect on our voyage tale.
