An invitation to pause. To rest. To listen. A Crash Course in Cloudspotting is an intimate audio-sensory journey exploring the depths of human connection and the subversive act of lying down. Raquel Meseguer Zafe has gathered over 300 stories from people living with invisible disabilities and chronic illnesses. This immersive installation and performance invites you into the heart of these experiences while participants across the UK illuminate the space with a gentle choreography of lights, showing patterns of rest unfolding in real time.

Very meditative, relaxing and thoughtful. I'd recommend the performance as a good way to start the day.
