Description
Join me as I put the fun back into searching for meaning in a chaotic universe, if we agree to spell universe as ‘fun-iverse’ which I believe we agreed to. This is a show about Santa, the Matrix, my patient wife... and other fictional concepts, heyooo! No, seriously she is a wonderful person. Winner of the BBC New Comedy Award (me, not my wife) and So You Think You’re Funny, host of two Radio 4 specials and tour support for Joe Lycett, Phil Wang and more. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. An absolute delight! Heidi's refreshingly silly set disguises the clever comedy she is serving up. We will be keeping an eye out for Heidi if she comes to Bristol!

Down the stairs in a dingy pub in a slightly smelly room I found one of the most hilarious stand up shows I have seen in years and it was free??? I gave her a fiver after the show (because I am a poor student with moths in my pockets) but I implore you to go and support this woman. Literally the funniest and wittiest show that I’ve had the pleasure of sitting through - get this woman several more awards!

Cracking feel-good show that made me laugh, smile and feel good about the world. Really wish I’d taken my Friends-loving friend, so she too could’ve learned the spooky connections between Friends and The Matrix!
Definitely recommend. :-)

I've seen about 35 shows so far this year and this was one of the best. I really like Heidi Regan's relaxed, inclusive stage persona but what I loved was the structure. I can't explain what I mean without spoiling it but I'll just say I was expecting to be entertained but was also amazed. I'd especially recommend this to people who read the Trivia sections on IMDb.
