Description

Following last year’s five-star production in Edinburgh, Keele Drama Society returns with a new 'interesting and thought-provoking production' (Audience review for Doors Opening, 2018). Four musicians bond over their love of music and decide to form a band together. United by their romantic misadventures and unappealing ex-boyfriends, you will follow the rise of this upcoming band taking their success forward incredibly quickly in yet another 'perfectly formed and pleasingly executed' (UKTW.co.uk for Doors Opening, 2018) production by Keele Drama Society. Written by the writer of our 2017 show, Hangnail will make you laugh, sing, cry and much much more.

Really fantastic performance. Saw this show this morning and really enjoyed it, this is a current we'll put together script. The combat scene wasn't terribly convincing but the actors did very well and the story gave the audience an entertaining and poignant perspective on issues of sexual harassment and feminism. The best part of this show was seeing the chemistry between the band mates on stage. These young actors are amazing and I really enjoyed the show.

Excellent. Great story very well told by a great cast. Unfortunately part of the entertainment was watching the gags flying over the heads of the audience.

This is a fantastic show, very relevant and fast flowing. Moving in places with a bit of humour and laugh out moments thrown in. A really strong cast making use of some excellent writing. Don't miss this little gem xx
