Description
Two of Scotland's jazz stalwarts, Haftor Medbøe and Konrad Wiszniewski, join forces in a freely improvised excursion that draws deeply on their individual and collective experiences and musical partnership of over 20 years. The duo brings together acoustic and electronic sound worlds to create a profound and immersive audience experience that sonically explores and reflects on the gamut of the human condition. The duo recently released an album together entitled Poiesis celebrating their improvisational virtuosity. If you're wondering about the title, it is Greek for 'an act or process of creation'.Album available online. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
