Description
This one-act play is a historical drama that tells the true story of a catastrophic, man-made disaster that killed 2,200 people in 1889 when a dam containing 20 million tons of water collapsed. No one was safe from the merciless tempest as it tore through five towns, destroying everything in its path. In a dramatized retelling of events, hear from the people impacted by this tragedy from the wealthiest iron and steel tycoons, to the poorest factory worker, and even a five-year-old little girl. Who will survive? Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
