Description

Direct from the USA, the infamous Gravel Road Show presents The Cult of True Womanhood in a world-premiere cabaret that dismantles the four cardinal virtues of “true” womanhood: Domesticity – Piety – Purity – Submission. This performance in paradox includes riveting drama, dance, song, and a stern lecture. Born and bred in the red dirt of Oklahoma, USA, the Gravel Road Show, led by Dr Kato Buss, is an eclectic troupe of performers trained in clownery and devising. Curious and courageous, they are not afraid to fail.
