Description
Barry is where clown, live art and surrealist fever visions collide on an absurdist picnic voyage. This is for celebrators of the ridiculous, embracers of the unknown and lovers of crisps. 'A spiritual experience' (Freddy Hayes, performer and puppeteer). 'Expect the unexpected is too tame' (George Fuller, clown and director). Barry was born from the gnome-ish brain of multidisciplinary performer and clown: Gráinne Young-Monaghan; brewed in Wales and fermented in circus school. Barry invites you to an experiment in collective play, chaos, and crisps – leaving you asking important questions like 'What the hell is happening?'Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
