Description
'Whining folk singer' (Telegraph), lesbian and checked-shirt collector Grace Petrie has been incorrectly called Sir everyday of her adult life, and, having exhausted her capacity for writing ineffectual protest songs, wonders if there's a show in that. In a world of increasingly fraught gender politics and hardline binaries, she feels both more and less seen than ever. Here she explores cisgender butch identity in a world moving beyond labels, and tries to work out where it, and she, belong in the new frontline of queer liberation. Sounds funny, right? Wrong! Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
