Description

Shared hour of comedy examining the people we pretend to be when we’re trying to convince the world we’re doing just fine, thank you very much! Luke Healy is an author and comedian from Dublin, Ireland. His comedic graphic novels have been named Best Books of the Year by Publishers Weekly, The Guardian and more. Luke is a member of The Free Association house team, The MTE. Fi Simpon has written for Big Issue in the North, Chorlton Arts Festival and Contact Theatre. Soho Young Company alumni, she was a Laughing Horse New Act Semi-Finalist in 2018.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: There are 2 steps into the main bar area and then 20 steps down into the performance space area. Narrow passages at performance space level to the three small performance spaces.
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 20+
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
