An uplifting solo performance of one man's struggle with PTSD and depression and his journey to well-being. Ex-serviceman Trace Dann shares how he loses his successful corporate career and music business falling into a pit from which there seems no escape. Anger, outbursts, paranoia, mistrust and failing self-worth see relationships crumble until he breaks mentally and physically. We then join him as he seeks professional support and takes a, not always easy, road to recovery. With a personal soundtrack this show is perfect for families, friends and sufferers of depression, anxiety and PTSD.
