Description
British Writers' Guild Award-nominee Kate-Lois Elliott tells stories that are self-deprecating and (according to a drunk man at the Fringe) unexpectedly profound. Gentrif*cked is a debut WIP about village life, thirty-something existential crises, and finding purpose without joining a cult... (specifically not like Kate's grandma did). Writers' Guild Award nominee, British Comedy Guide Awards finalist, West End New Act finalist. As seen on BBC, Netflix, and London's West End. 'Could sniff the vodka from the plinth' (Helen Lederer). 'Such funny business from this one' (Jessica Fostekew). 'Zeitgeisty' (Dominic King, BBC Radio Kent). 'A rising star' (ScriptAngel.com).Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
