Description
The Virgin Queen? I don't think so! Lizzy I has got a son and he might just be a little bit fruity. Henry IX has been lost in the mists of hetero history for too long. Finally, he's here to claim what is rightfully his (only took him 500 years!). Join us for a sizzling Tudor romp through seduction and scandal. Find out just how much Queen Liz and Kat Slater have in common. And dust off your best ruff – methinks a royal is in the air. But don't tell Shakespeare. He's on the prowl... again. Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. A small, intimate venue, but the vault suits the play perfecty. Fun, balmy, witty and cleverly written. It's obvious the cast enjoy performing, and they work well together.

Five stars! This show is an absolute riot - brilliantly, laugh out loud funny, and completely bonkers - it re-sparked my absolute love for the Fringe. Some of the jokes I’m still laughing about 24hrs later - definitely worth staying up for!
