Description

Will Hitt and Freya Mallard host the prodigious pop ensemble ABBA in a hilarious and poignant interview. In the unlikely event ABBA are unable to appear, Will and Freya will muddle through with their narcissistic, millennial stand-up comedy. Chortle semi-finalist Freya shares what it’s like to masquerade as an adult while remaining erratically anxious but unadvisedly optimistic. Will then ends with his innocuous low-energy surrealism which has seen him earn semi-final spots in So You Think You're Funny? Laughing Horse. Both have been featured on BBC Radio London.

This show was recommended to me, so I took a chance on it! and I'm glad i did! this show was full of fun and gave the audience chance to let their hair down, join in and enjoy themselves!

A great Edinburgh fringe debut for the pair. Quick wit and constant laughs. My wife and I were happy to catch this one. Looking forward to what they do next!

Whilst the idea was there the execution ultimately lacked substance and I left the performance believing that the incessant audience participant Lorraine probably saved the hour from a total disaster.
First part of the act was brave and maybe it might have worked better had the chosen four been invited to portray the character by virtue of which chair they sat on (ie, the back of the chair marked). That would possibly have had added humour in that a male might have sat on a female chair and vice versa.
Freya has potential to become a very clever comedienne if better material could be written. Reserve judgement on Will - wasted most of his act dealing with Lorraine!
