Queen are in Edinburgh and they're here to rock in a brand-new show guaranteed to blow your mind. Join Freddie as he takes you on a magical journey through Queen's rise to become the greatest band in the world. From Queen's early beginnings with Bohemian Rhapsody, to their sell-out shows at Wembley Stadium, you'll experience highlights from Queen's extraordinary musical career. Performed by one of the worlds leading Queen tribute bands – Majesty, this will be a show not to be missed!

Freddie - One Night with Freddie (***)
A piano playing Freddie Mercury imitator leads a rock through 90 minutes of Queen’s songs with lots of invitations for the audience to sing along. The entire band was quite capable, and the crowd enjoyed the whole show. While many in the audience, particularly the women, could sing along with most of the songs, there were a few obscure ones that no one seemed to know.

This was the 22nd most enjoyable of the 54 shows I have seen so far this year. You may see my other three-sentence reviews, in order from most enjoyable to worst, at my non-commercial website: www.fringefan.com.

There was nothing to say this was a standing event, we expected a show not just a cover band. There were terrible technical problems at the preview. Stayed for the first half only.

The full light show, video screens and industrial fans showed that Queen tribute band Majesty meant business, but led to a twenty minute delay when a fuse blew half way through the first song. On their return they launched into an acceptable reproduction of Queen’s back catalogue, with Seth Daniels...
