Description

The devil went down to Edinburgh and was defeated by five local boys in fierce fiddlin' combat. Now they’re taking on the Fringe. Expect radge kangaroos and jumpin' sharks! The craziest show in Auld Reekie awaits… With a unique sound developed through years of busking and gigging around the streets of Edinburgh, Fiddlers on the Ramp stick to their roots in this riotous new show! All members have received free, full-time, musical education of the highest quality, at the City of Edinburgh Music School. A fundamentally positive musical experience with heart and gusto!

General venue access

  • Sight not needed
  • Accessible entry: Seated chair lift to upper floors from foyer (requires transfer from wheelchair). If not taking the chair lift it is a flights of stairs plus an additional 4 steps to access the space. Assistance available. Please see staff on arrival or telephone 0131 581 5401.
  • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 11- 20
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
