Description

Brighton's rude and raucous female comedy troupe finally arrive in Edinburgh! With songs, sketches, and wry musings on the female experience, their original and bold material takes you into the wilderness of the female psyche, leaving you gasping for breath. An evening without inhibition. Five female performers, writers, comedians and musicians in their 20s, 30s and 40s make up The Fannytasticals. They have been performing their hilarious and original satirical material to sold-out audiences for over three years. ***** (NorthWestEnd.co.uk). **** (BroadwayBaby.com).

Clever, very funny and unashamedly dirty comedy from the Fannytasticals. I've been meaning to see this for over 2 years and i'm so glad i got to see them in an almost sold-out Friday night at Sweetvenues. No holes (literally) barred comedy. With a mischievous wink and beautiful harmonies, the Fannies have some serious messages behind their funnies.

We saw Fannytasticals in Brighton and they were incredible, once again they succeeded in creating uncontrollable laughter the whole way through. Absolutely no pelvic floor control possible! These ladies are witty, wonderful and hillarious, the energy amongst them is amazing and their humour is so creative and refreshing, this is what comedy needs! Massively recommend watching..... we haven’t laughed like this in ages. Suitable for big bearded men too, my partner loved it :)

The Fannytasticals really put on a fabulous show! I went with my family (step-dad included) and we were all in hysterics. Thank you ladies for a night of side-splitting comedy!

If you see one show at the Fringe make sure it is this one. Spot on comedy highlighting all the ‘fun’ of being a women. I thought they had peaked too soon with the Funnytesticals, but how wrong I was. Belly laughs from start to finish and the hour will seem far too short

This was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad she did!! One of the best shows I saw in the fringe (and I saw many!). So very well crafted and executed- these ladies have such talent. I laughed out loud for the whole hour! I can see this becoming a very successful show indeed. Go see it!

This show is so good I have been to see it TWICE already and I'm definitely thinking of buying another ticket. No bs, the best show I've seen at the Fringe so far. If you like feminist comedy, grab your girlfriends - or even better, your partner - and go watch them.

We saw this show last night and now the bar has been set very high - I’ve not laughed so much, everything was spot on, best performance of “He had it coming” (Chicago) I’ve seen. Definitely, DEFINITELY go and see it!

INCREDIBLE. You have to see this show. It’s hilarious all the way through and so spot on. Book tickets, go - you won’t regret it!

A fantastic show fill with humour and wit. I would recommend this show to anyone and recommend men to go and see it.

Great format of short sketches touching on female topics that are extremely funny and well performed. Please go and see this show you won't be disappointed.

My second favorite performance of the fringe and the wife's third favorite out of 22 shows. (It's really really good)

Wife and I rated it 9 out of 10

Compare them to Fascinating Aida or Smack the Pony if you will, but these five women are something else. Fresh, funny and fanny-feckin'-tastic. Hold on to your pelvic floor as best you can because the laughs never let up. The set lasted right up to the hour but I wished for a lot more. The sketches and songs came thick and fast and now I realise that the price was embarrassingly low. They were all completely endearing and extremely clever and very talented so please give them a tv show now!

How brilliant were the Fannytasticals last night? Sooo brilliant! I thought the Funnytesticles would be a hard act to follow but how wrong I was. Life lessons galore - I’m sitting here flexing my pelvic floor muscles as I write. The guy sitting next to me nearly wet himself too! Fanny fun for all! xxx

This is a fantastic show. I haven’t laughed so hard for ages. A great mix of hilarious songs and even more hilarious sketches with the best representation of sperm I’ve ever seen. The characters presented are familiar for every woman and infinitely relatable. I can’t recommend this show highly enough.

What a fannytastic show! Great fun and a good variety of songs and sketches. I’ll never look at a banana in the same way again. Definitely worth a visit.

What a fun show that touches on subjects that women will relate to! From childbirth, pelvic floor, lack of sleep to pooing for the first time at a boyfriends place (yip!). A mix of sketches and excellent singing. We laughed for an hour. Well done ladies. Go and have a laugh.

Very very funny, we laughed for the whole hour. They are very talented comics and singers with some great engaging songs. Make it even funnier by taking your prudish mates...

Absolutely brilliant, a lay it on the line frank & funny show about Womens everyday trials & tribulations dealing with men, babies, periods, tits, other women & more. Fannytastic x
