Description
A stand-up performance of extracts from the works of some of the great writers of the past from Ireland, with no particular theme, just wonderful material full of humour and pathos, to entertain us and give us pause for thought. Writers include Jonathan Swift, Oscar Wilde, GB Shaw, WB Yeats, JM Synge and James Joyce. ‘Easy versatility drives this adroitly edited Gaelic sampler… a testament to O’Shea’s unassuming expertise’ (Los Angeles Times). ‘O’Shea is enraptured by his characters… an engaging intermingling of laughter and heightened poetry’ (Los Angeles Metro). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted.
