Not only is this show full of incredible jokes, Emily's calm and cool presence makes you feel like you've known her and her husband for years. You immediately feel part of their family. Most comedians don't have this gift but almost every dad does. Highly recommend this show. Go for the jokes, stay for the family. Can't wait to see what Emily does next.

I don't remember who accosted me in the street with the flyer but I am very glad they did. Emily is a brilliant comic with one of the best shows on the free fringe, with hilarious storytelling and an excellent pacing that will keep you invested throughout she explores the relationship she had with her own dad as well has the kind of dad she'd like to be.

Set, incongruously, in what looks to be a large classroom, Dad Girl is surprisingly moving, as well as hysterically funny. Emily Walsh takes us on a journey with her, in a poignant and inviting way. Make sure to see it!

We stumbled into Emily’s show and were pleasantly surprised. As a 36 year old American, this hit home for me. Glad to come across another female comedian and hope to see her somewhere in the states soon!

Emily’s material and personality make this show hilarious and charming. Her sincerity in the stories she shares and excellent comedic timing had me laughing the whole time, and made me leave feeling emotionally uplifted in a way you don’t usually get from stand up.
