Description

History is plagued with horror written on its own walls. EH16: Pyre takes a look at the lives of three woman who suffered at the hands of Edinburgh's darkest moments. The Edinburgh Horror Festival sell-out show returns with its intense post-modern, horror look at feminism and local history. Abortion, torture, murder, drugs and pop culture references; this show will frighten, provoke and entertain. ‘It will probably lurk in the recesses of my mind for some time to come’ ***** (Audience review, Edinburgh Horror Fest).
