An excellent concert and very professionally put together with a mixture of online and live performances... a very nice blend of new pieces and old favourites.

I have attended the ERB concerts for many years now, and have very much enjoyed their well-chosen and contrasting pieces of music, their extremely polished performance, the obvious pleasure felt by the performers and the relaxed, humorous way in which the director, Murray Campbell, imparts just enough information to aid in the enjoyment of each piece. All this is present in ERB on demand. It is not only the usual well-crafted programme, but it is also technically brilliant, melding together individual performances of the musicians in their own homes, and including two pieces with all the performers playing together when Covid rules permitted, including the bonus of a beautiful, carefully chosen backdrop, as is also the case in the Director's interventions. A further bonus, thanks to the excellent camera work, is to be able to view the performers close up. I thoroughly recommend ERB on demand. If you wonder what Renaissance music is, it's worth a fiver to find out! I guarantee you'll be enchanted!
