Ed Night's show was everything I think live stand-up should be: incredibly funny, sharp, well-observed, challenging to my lived experience and full of the sort of humour that you'll never see on TV. 5*

There is a fine line between brilliant comedy and being lectured. I felt slightly on the fence with this one. Some comedians take to the stage to instruct others with their political views. I felt this was getting close to that and almost lost sight of the main purpose in making people laugh. However saying that, this young man has a brilliant future as he is very sharp and has great ability.

We booked to see Ed after howling during his 10 minute set during a line up in London. So glad we did - an hour of fantastically dark, thought provoking, and brilliantly funny comedy.
