Description

Trotting down Memory Lane with feline steps in the wee small hours of the morning with the moon lingering, one of Hong Kong’s most iconic dancers and choreographers and her feline companion tiptoe through the old city. Amid the dim light, her form casts myriad shadows reflecting the social change in the city she loves. Chronicling her stories through agile movement, text, images and sounds, Mui takes us on an intimate autobiographical journey that echoes that of Hong Kong since 1986 when her diary project first began. Now 63, Diary VII is her latest instalment.
