Superb! Dan's is a rampage of clever bits, and just enough "oh my god, please don't catch me laughing", awkward-in-the-best-way curveballs, that thankfully keep from playing it too safe. Sometimes all it took was just the expertly placed use of a single word like "gullet" to have us in stitches. Only wish the crowd work—a bit stingy in their response tonight, coming from many years around NYC comedy—had made it to my area, because this is a guy who can banter fast & funny. New Dan fan here. Top off your night, and do top your cup up first, with this show.
