Description

Dad, Playboy and Me... Not Your Average Slideshow. Comedic storytelling featuring documentary style unseen photographs taken at the Playboy Club back in the 70s and anecdotes from the bunnies that served there. Explores working conditions and intersections with present day sexy industry workers rights, along with heart-warming tales of people looking for connection and love in a society that still shuns the true humanity of these types of establishments. Touching, relevant and a personal journey of catharsis through creativity.

General venue access

  • Accessible entry: The main entrance is accessed either via an alley and some steps (appximately 20) from Cowgate or from an alley and steps down (approximately 15) from Guthrie St. Once in the venue, this space is accessed vias approximately 20 stairs

    • Wheelchair access type: Not fully wheelchair accessible

  • Stairs: 20+
    Number of stairs is provided as guidance and is not in addition to any wheelchair access type (lift/ramp etc) stated above.

How and when to make an access booking

Our access tickets service is available to anyone who:

  • Would like to book specific accessibility services, e.g. a hearing loop, audio description headsets, captioning units, seating in relation to the location of the BSL interpreter
  • Requires extra assistance when at a venue
  • Has specific seating requirements
  • Is a wheelchair user
  • Requires a complimentary personal assistant ticket to attend a performance
