Description

Part of the Fringe Central Events Programme for Fringe participants. Whenever your organisation enters into a business arrangement there is likely to be a contract in existence, whether it is written or just implied by conversation and actions. This vital session will help you identify when a contract exists, provide practical guidance on how to draft a contract and explain the consequences of breaking a contract. This session works will be as informal presentation with questions and discussion throughout.
