Description

Part of the Fringe Central Events Programme for Fringe participants. Dr Pippa Wheble is a GP with a special interest in performing arts medicine and performance anxiety. She is a Transformational Breath Facilitator™ and trainer. In this practical session she discusses the factors that result in performance anxiety (stage fright) and presents an introduction to practical mindfulness, breathing and meditation using Transformational Breath®. You will need comfortable clothes and footwear and bring a bottle of water.
