Description
In this insider's guide to his eccentric homeland, award-winning Kiwi comedian Sully O'Sullivan answers all the questions about New Zealand you didn't know to ask in the first place… Why did we almost change our national flag to a drawing of a bird with lasers for eyes? Is Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu really the longest place-name in the world? Or did my cat just walk across my keyboard? And where actually is New Zealand? Given we keep getting left off maps. Discover these answers and more in an hour of 'quintessentially Kiwi comedy' (NZ Herald). Please note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. Insightfully factual and revelatory, as a decent show should be. Actually shows you the place and its visual oddities. Great substitute for going there if the #globalapartheid of border control rationally makes you too scared to travel.

Very funny whether you know a lot or literally nothing about New Zealand. Expect derogatory remarks about very near neighbors Australia, VERY strong feelings about Marmite, and lots of laughs. Go see it!

Was in hysterics the whole time. Brilliantly executed, flowed effortlessly and clever use of slideshow. 10/10 would recommend
