Description
From Cumbernauld, Glasgow (voted worst town in the UK), Chris moved to Berlin for love. What he found was a middle-class nightmare. Working in Michelin-star restaurants and discovering readily available Ferrero Rocher sent him into a state of confusion, he sought help via Alcoholic Anonymous – only to "find" himself on a 10-day silent retreat in Poland. Hardly the Glaswegian introvert, epiphanies were met, but with uproarious rebellion. ‘Fizzling and physically manic’ (Sunday Times). ‘Sharp social observations and energetic story telling’ (Sunday Herald). www.comedianchrisdavis.comPlease note that while all media gallery content is provided by verified members of the event, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society does not review or approve this content before it is posted. Chris made me laugh hard. He was funny throughout, relatable and spun a narrative that brought the audience home. Go see him!
