I LOVED this show! Cyrus was so funny and warm. He addresses real and heartbreaking subjects honestly in a way that helps the audience connect with them. There was an electric connection between Cyrus and the audience. I shook with laughter and left feeling great, as if I’d had a wonderful massage. Thanks for the highlight of my Edinburgh Fringe experience.

Most Fringe standups I see either play to British politics (which often go over the heads of international guests) or go for sex jokes and scatalogical humor. Cyrus's set is exceptional because it speaks to both local and international guests and reveals his positivity and faith in humanity globally at the same time. The audience was really feeling Cyrus the night I attended his show, and those who were introduced to him through it left wanting to see his other shows and read his book.

Brilliant! I found Cyrus hilarious and his impressions were just so on point (particularly Charles, Trump and Obama). He came across as very likeable and charismatic and it was very interesting to hear him speak about issues such as race and identity and the differences between the US and Scotland. I really do whole-heartedly recommend that you go and see Cyrus as part of your Fringe experience!

This was the highlight of our visit and began with a beautiful meeting by happenstance. Cyrus radiates with genuine interest and charm.
The set was extremely relatable to my own situation and experience in the US. He captivated the crowd with his storytelling and exceptional voice work in conjunction with an unashamed and proud set that doesn't shy away from difficult topics.

Cyrus's impersonations are marvellous. He has such a talent and will have you splitting your sides with laughter at his accents. He took me back to my time in New York. Highly recommended

Went to The Chocolate Scot last night and it was great entertainment. Cyrus McQueen is hilarious - didn't stop laughing. He's an amazing mimic and had us cracked up with his impressions of Trump, Obama, Morgan Freeman and others. His humour is a wonderful blend of irreverent piss-takes and incisive political commentary, particularly on the state of the nation in the US.I highly recommend this show.
